Fees are charged per specialty group in the application, not per privilege inside it, plus VAT. The full amount is shown before payment, and every payment gets a tax invoice.

How long does a decision take?

Applications are reviewed within five working days of payment, then approved and the decision issued. You follow every step from your account.

Can a doctor apply themselves?

Yes. Once their facility adds them, they get an email invitation, complete their profile and documents, choose privileges and apply.

How can anyone verify a decision?

Scan the QR code printed on it, or enter the decision number in the verify card, to see its status and expiry right away.

What does facility registration need?

The commercial register, the Ministry of Health licence, and the general manager's and medical director's details.
